Initial Drawing of Idea:
This is my initial sketch of my decal in my designer notebook. I wanted the first layer to be brown, the second layer to be white, and my third layer would be a Bucks design in green.
My design in Illustrator:
Printing my Decal:
Transferring my Decal:
Once I had all of my layers printed out, I had to transfer them to my IDEA folder. I started by weeding my vinyl. Once it was weeded, I applied transfer tape. I then applied pressure with the squeegee (I don't know how to spell that). I then removed the decal with the tape. I then put the decal on the folder and removed the tape.

Here is my first layer on the folder. I repeated these steps for the rest of the layers.

Finished Decal:
Here is my finished decal. I also added some turtle design because it was on some leftover green vinyl.
What I learned:
In this process I learned to be confident. The only mistakes I made during this process were caused from listening to other people, David Kienow for example. If I had trusted my gut I wouldn't have made those mistakes. Also I became a lot more comfortable with Illustrator and the vinyl cutting machine during this process.
